We are currently on pause during the winter however we are collecting gift cards for a homeless family. Grocery stores, 5 below, restaurants, wawa, anything really. The 11 yr old boy has an xbox and the mom is working on getting housing but if you have a 2 bedroom rental in Hellertown, pa or Bethlehem pa, please let me know

Who knew our very first project at Orange Home Solutions would be a mobile home. We learned so much through our partners at Fortune Builders but we could not anticipate the challenges of a title vs a deed, finding contractors that actually knew how to repair a mobile home(which is VERY different from a bricks and mortar home) and the financial burden (no one wants to loan you money for a mobile rehab).

We were our own GC, bank, laymen, and chief trash picker uppers. And learned documents are critical.

SO we began and now we are nearly finished and ready for market. It has strengthened our personal and business back bones to do this project first together. We are clearly much stronger people and created a couple awesome relationships with contractors along the way.

We are looking forward to our next projects and doing things better, quicker and more efficiently with the knowledge and tools we gained throughout this process.

Phil & I are excited about the prospects of using other people's money( the NAV Grant) and labor to do multiple projects and reach our goals this year! Thank you for all who helped us along the way. We are truly grateful for your time and expertise.
