🗓️ Average Days on Market: 31 days (⬆️ 34.8%)
🆕 New Listings: 624 (⬆️ 8.5%)
💲 Median Sales Price: $350,000 (⬆️ 4.3%)
🏘️ Inventory of Homes: 523 (⬇️ 14.4%)

📊 More homes are hitting the market, but inventory is still tight. Buyers have slightly more options, but competition remains strong! Sellers are seeing healthy prices despite homes taking a bit longer to sell.
