In the summer of 2022, after graduating from Carthage College, PT Boeye joined BOEYE as a FULL TIME Realtor licensed in IA & IL. PT spent 3 summers during his college years as an intern with BOEYE. We are leaving Phoenix with a full heart and a full notebook. ❤️

Brad and I spent two days in roundtable conversations with people who lead real estate businesses, followed by another day focused on growing what we’re building. We learned a lot. But the best part was being in a room with people willing to share what’s working, talk honestly about what’s hard, and help each other get better.

It reminded me how much being in the right rooms matters. No matter where you are in your business, we believe your learning budget should be unlimited, even if that budget is simply your time and willingness to listen.

We kept thinking about so many agents back home and the agents we haven’t met yet.

After all these years in real estate, Brad and I still have so much to learn. We also have so much we want to share. This week reminded us why we’re making more room for both! 🫶😇

Really grateful for the conversations, the people, and the chance to bring what we learned home. ❤️
