Krisha Saldivar: Experience Meets Passion

My singular goal is to make every client a client for life! As a successful full time REALTOR and life long Quad City Resident I have extensive knowledge of our five cities and have seen the ups and downs of the market. For the past 5 years, I have helped many fellow Quad-Citians either find the home that is right for their lifestyle and needs or sell their home to the right buyer. A business background in marketing, sales, and customer solutions provides a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions and determining the right course of action for both buyers and sellers. I am a mother to a rambunctious five year old son, wife to an Air Force Veteran and dog mom to one fluffy boy named Jack. I have now bought and sold two personal homes.

I pride myself on being an advocate for my clients, and place the trust you place in me very seriously, however I like to bring a sense of humor along for the ride and set appropriate expectations. Clients receive added value at every turn and strong negotiating skills deliver better outcomes on both sides of the table.

Some of the high quality of service I provide to my clients include exceptional personal attention, constant communication , and integrating my network of trusted vendors to assist you and your family in any way throughout the entire process. I also like to keep the process as straight forward and transparent as possible with managing client expectations(again, so important)! I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to own their own home and often hold Buyer Seminars to get the word out and slay any myths people may have about the buying process. I do the same for Sellers, too.
