Our new home project coordinators and licensed general contractor will help pre-qualify you for financing, assist you with selection options and modifications for your house plans, as well as estimate the items necessary to build on your property.
2. Apply for financing -
Home Connections will assist you throughout the financing process by setting you up with a lender for a loan program that best fits your needs and then will guide you through to your closing.
3. Meet on Property -
We will meet you on your home site to your new home to consult on various items such as but not limited to: placement of home to boundary lines, estimate excavation cost, location of well, septic systems, porch and decking, driveways, etc.
4. Draw Up Plans and Contract -
After your site meeting, we will make any necessary modifications to your pricing and generate a contract package detailing your entire purchase along with any floor plan changes that may be necessary.
5. Customize your selections -
Choose the style and color of many items in your new home, such as cabinets, counter tops, flooring, interior and exterior colors
6. Close Your Loan -
Once you are approved for financing by the lender, we will assist with finalization of your loan details.
7. We Build Your Home -
After obtaining the necessary permits, we will begin building your new home. Upon completion, final settlement and home buyer walk through, we will give you the keys! At that point, you are ready to move into your new home.
