Northfield Transformation | Progress Update

What a difference a few days can make!

The plastering is underway at 5 Northfield Way, and the transformation is really starting to take shape. Walls are coming together, rooms are taking form, and we’re one step closer to bringing this home to life.

From the work behind the walls to the finishing touches, every detail matters.

✨ Third time's the charm! 🏡

Sometimes finding the right home takes a few twists, turns, and almosts along the way.

After a long search, a couple of close calls, and plenty of patience, my buyers are officially UNDER AGREEMENT on a beautiful home in Danvers!

For this young family, it wasn't just about finding another house. It was about finding the home. A place to put down roots, make memories, and build their next chapter in a community they love.

This journey has been a reminder that real estate isn't always a straight line. Sometimes the right move takes persistence, thoughtful decisions, and a little faith in the process.

CLOSED! 🏡🔑 22 Maple Avenue, Danvers

Some closings are straightforward. And then there are the ones you really have to work for.

This one was a journey.

From a competitive offer and a challenging inspection to plenty of twists, turns and a few last-minute hurdles, getting to the closing table wasn’t always easy.

But we kept working through each challenge, one step at a time.

And on Friday, my buyer officially became a first-time homeowner and the proud owner of this Danvers two-family, where he’ll live in one unit while stepping into his new role as a landlord in the other.

There’s something especially rewarding about helping a first-time buyer navigate a purchase like this. It takes patience, persistence and a good team around you, particularly when the road gets a little bumpy.

But we made it to the finish line. ❤️

We’ve moved from demo into the rebuild, and this is the stage where all of those plans and decisions finally start becoming real.

New spaces are being framed. Plumbing is underway. Three new bathrooms are taking shape. The kitchen is being fitted out. Tubs, shower bases and fixtures are arriving. And behind the walls, a whole lot is happening that you’ll never see once this home is finished.

From the beginning, the goal has been simple: make thoughtful choices based on how people want to live today, invest in the details that matter, and create a home that feels timeless, not trendy.

There’s still a long way to go, but this is where it starts getting good.

One Danvers family. Two homes. One big move. 🏡

When my clients found their next home here in Danvers, their current home wasn’t even on the market yet. That meant we needed more than a listing strategy. We needed a plan to get them from one home to the next.
