Another WIN for our valued seller clients. Marc Hernandez and I just closed escrow for our client by selling the family home in the Century Glen neighborhood of Los Angeles. In order to maximize the selling price, and value for our client, we utilized our proven event pricing strategy, luxury photography, marketing and social media campaigns to increase awareness and open house traffic. The net result was selling the property at $75,000 over list price (and one of the highest price per square foot sales in the neighborhood).
