There’s a quiet confidence that comes with this stage of life. Less proving. More choosing. Less noise. More truth. The real shift isn’t in adding more, it’s in letting go of what no longer deserves your energy. If you’re in your second half and things feel different, that’s not a problem. That’s wisdom kicking in. Listen to it and make adjustments to become the best version of yourself.

Swipe left to see a few tips to live by in 2026.

Protecting your peace isn’t selfish — it’s necessary.

I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way) that who you surround yourself with truly matters. Over time, I’ve become far more intentional about my circle — people who respect boundaries, bring positive energy, and genuinely want to see you thrive.

There was a time I gave too many second chances, believing everyone had good intentions. But here’s the truth: it’s not my job to fix people’s energy. It is my job to protect mine.

These days, I feel deeply grateful for the friends, family, and colleagues who fill my life with support, laughter, and inspiration. There’s simply no room left for anything less.

So here’s your gentle reminder: it’s okay to walk away from what feels heavy. You deserve to be surrounded by those who lift you higher — two-legged or four-legged 🐾

Sold & Closed ~ Off Market ✨

My partner, Chris Picket, and I recently had the privilege of representing a very dear friend and longtime client in the sale of their Pacific Palisades home. After the devastating fires, this property held years of memories, and letting go wasn’t just a financial decision—it was emotional, personal, and deeply significant.

Our clients trusted us with something incredibly meaningful: helping them step into a new chapter while honoring what this home represented. We approached this transaction with sensitivity, compassion, and a commitment to making the process as seamless as possible.

We sold the property quietly, off market, and secured a price beyond what our clients expected—proof that the Palisades is not only coming back, but coming back stronger. There is construction, rebuilding, and renewed investment happening all throughout the area, and with that comes hope, opportunity, and revival 🙏🏻

Homes here aren’t just structures—especially after loss. They are chapters of life, memories, and resilience. We are honored to have helped steward this transition with dignity and intention.

And now, a new vision begins. For someone else, this home represents possibility, a fresh start, and a stake in one of Los Angeles’ most iconic coastal communities.

If you’re curious about the movement happening in this pocket of Pacific Palisades, reach out—I’m happy to share more about what we’re seeing.

Lately, I’ve been kind of tired—but not the kind of tired a cup of coffee can fix.
So I had my cortisol levels checked… and my adrenals are really depleted.

Those little glands that sit on top of your kidneys are your built-in stress managers. When life keeps throwing things your way and you keep pushing through, they get overworked. And when that happens, you feel it—the fog, the fatigue, that “running on fumes” feeling.

So, I’m starting a 90-day program to reset and restore my adrenals, and it’s reminding me how powerful small daily choices can be.
✨ Better sleep
✨ Boundaries
✨ Breath work
✨ Nourishing food
✨ Downtime without guilt.
✨A few new supplements
Energy is everything. Protecting your adrenals means protecting your vitality.

In the second half of life, I’m done pushing through stress—I’m fueling longevity, healing isn’t about slowing down, it’s about powering up from the inside out.
💛 If you’ve been running on empty and want to learn more about what I’m doing to rebuild my energy, DM me—I’ll share what’s been helping 💛

This time change of Daylight savings has already thrown me off so it has me hitting reset — body, mind, and mood.

Here are 20 things I'm starting right now to refine this "reset" ( maybe they’ll inspire you too):

⚜️ Get crystal clear on how I want to feel every day—and make choices that align with that.
⚜️ Protect my peace and my feed. Unfollow anything that doesn’t inspire, educate, or uplift.
⚜️ Start my mornings with gratitude, meditation, and a walk—my non-negotiables. ☀️
⚜️ Move with intention. No more working out just to check a box; movement is therapy.
⚜️ Prioritize protein, hydration, and joy at every meal.
⚜️ Lift heavier—in the gym and in life. Strength is the new luxury.
⚜️ Nourish my body with balance, not restriction.
⚜️ Treat sleep like self-care, not an afterthought.
⚜️ Say “no” with love and “yes” to peace.
⚜️ Simplify everything—supplements, skincare, schedule. Less chaos, more clarity.

⚜️ Trade punishment cardio for beach walks, Pilates, and deep breathing. 🌊
⚜️ Journal as if the best version of me already exists—because she does.
⚜️ Dress like the woman who knows exactly who she is.
⚜️ Release guilt for outgrowing old chapters—it’s called evolving.
⚜️ Make recovery sacred: stretch, sauna, stillness.
⚜️ Speak kindly to myself—always. No “anti-aging,” just pro-living.
⚜️ Take one solo wellness day each month—completely unplugged.
⚜️ Curate new music, new scents, new rituals. Fresh energy only.
⚜️ Try something bold: a new city, a new project, a new rhythm.
⚜️ The second half of life isn’t about slowing down—it’s about realigning your energy, your purpose, and your joy.

It’s not about changing everything — just realigning with what feels good. 🌙
What’s one thing you’re realigning this season?

If there was one simple way to feel better… would you do it? 💧

When I asked Dr. Tony Ganem of for his #1 tip to improve our health, his answer was refreshingly simple: Hydrate.

But here’s what really resonated: it’s not just about drinking more water. It’s about eating your hydration
~ through fruits, veggies, and all the colorful foods that help your body thrive from the inside out. 🥒🍓🌱

Think about it ~ our energy, focus, skin, mood ~ they all start here.
In this second half of life, it’s about giving our bodies what they’ve been quietly asking for all along.
Small shifts. Big results 💫

What’s one habit that’s making you feel your best right now? 💭

They told me you can’t get enough protein without meat.
I never believed it… and here's the truth.

A plant-based diet is packed with protein. Think about it:
🥣 Lentils — 18g per cup
🍲 Tofu — 10g per ½ cup
🌾 Quinoa — 8g per cup
🌱 Chickpeas, tempeh, edamame… the list is endless.

Your muscles, energy, and recovery can thrive on a plant-based diet. It just comes down to variety and balance.

So tell me — what’s your favorite plant-based protein? I’m always looking for new ideas. ⬇️
