Truth is,It isn’t!

The market has changed. Here in Los Angeles, that distinction matters. Sales volume is sitting near historic lows. Home values have risen dramatically over the last 25 years.

Even with fewer transactions, there is still enormous business being done in real estate. So what does that actually tell us?

The market isn’t dead. It’s more selective. The easy deals are fewer. Buyers and sellers have access to more information than ever. Expectations are higher. And simply knowing the inventory isn’t enough anymore.

People need interpretation. Strategy. Negotiation. Local knowledge. Confidence.

Because ultimately, people don’t buy and sell homes because a headline tells them to. They move because life moves.

Marriage. Children. Divorce. Career changes. Opportunity. Retirement. Inheritance. A new chapter.

Those things don’t stop because mortgage rates are uncomfortable.

Have this one in escrow for our sellers, with back ups! I used to live around the corner from this place and still dont live that far from it. Curson is this magical canyon in the middle of Hollywood Hills thats almost like a secret.

Just Sold $380k over asking with 8 offers. We sold this house once before. Back then, 819 North La Jolla was a beautiful 1923 Spanish with good bones, a story still waiting to be told. Then I watched my clients do the rarest thing they didn’t just renovate her. They listened to her soul.

Year by year, I watched a house quietly become an emotional masterpiece. So letting her go now… a part of me goes with her along with a deep gratitude to mt amazing and creative sellers.
