Post USC graduation, Evan began his career working at Disney in theatrical sales and marketing. At the dawn on the internet boom, Evan leveraged his knowledge of the entertainment industry innovating products and deal making at brands including AOL MovieFone and Rotten Tomatoes. While at Rotten Tomatoes, Evan created the Certified Fresh rating program, seen throughout the film and TV industry as the definitive mark of greatness. Early in his career Evan invested proceeds of his internet successes into real estate; owning homes, flipping multi-family properties, partnering in REITs, and managing rental properties. What excited him about real estate then still does today; the chance to visualize and help actualize how a home can be much more than a place to be when you’re not at work. The same verve and creativity driving successes for clients and partners generated during his advertising sales and marketing years is now in full effect for his real estate clients. On weekends Evan can be found at open houses or walking the beaches of Malibu with his Labrador retriever named Sespe.
