Since I can never shut up about it, many of my friends and clients have suggested that I start a newsletter to share all the awesome stuff going on in LA and also give clear and accurate updates about the real estate market here. For my fellow foodies, I'll be regularly spotlighting amazing restaurants and sharing delicious cocktail recipes that I have personally taste tested and love. Excited to have my latest sale in Beachwood Canyon featured in magazine! It’s a stunning and peaceful Mid-Century Modern property with nothing but nature views and natural light. Having the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory as your backdrop from the pool isn’t so bad either 🤌

You worked hard to buy a home with a backyard! Now that it’s summer and you’re spending more time outside, here are some ideas to enhance your space with beautiful flower beds. Shout out to my clients and .brody for creating a magical oasis in their backyard. They’ve got more than 20 varieties of tomatoes which is about 17 more than I was even aware of :)
