While prospecting his neighborhood in SilverLake, Dalton met with an awesome husband and wife that expressed they were open to the idea of selling their home…. but only if we found them their new dream home first. It didn’t take long.
In a market like what we’ve experienced this past year, finding the right property is only the tip of the iceberg. Getting an accepted offer on the other hand is where the real work begins, and it must be navigated with an extremely calculated approach given the current level of competition amongst buyers.
