This listing was put on the market at the tail end of last summer, and during the fall months, many prospective tenants weren’t committed to moving into a new place. As we entered 2022, our listing really took off and we were able to get a deal done very quickly and efficiently.

Slightly overdue but…SOLD! In multiples — $150,000 over asking || Represented Sellers | Listed: $2,149,000

While prospecting his neighborhood in SilverLake, Dalton met with an awesome husband and wife that expressed they were open to the idea of selling their home…. but only if we found them their new dream home first. It didn’t take long.

In a market like what we’ve experienced this past year, finding the right property is only the tip of the iceberg. Getting an accepted offer on the other hand is where the real work begins, and it must be navigated with an extremely calculated approach given the current level of competition amongst buyers. As luck would have it, the second home we showed them happened to be the one — a rare double lot compound with amazing views.

Beyond the macro market, the SilverLake market specifically is experiencing a historic level of demand, so securing their dream home was going to be a challenge because we also had to sell their existing home to make it financially feasible. We found ourselves in a multiple counter situation on their new home and after hours of strategizing with our clients and convincing the listing agents & sellers, we were able to secure their dream home with only one caveat — we only had two weeks to sell their current home...

Born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, Jennifer fell in love with the ins and outs of sprawling LA.  Her passion for the SoCal landscape blossomed at Palisades High School, and grew at ULCA where she got her bachelor’s degree in history.  Post UCLA, Jennifer spent four years in the interior design industry, working on luxury projects in residential and commercial design in Los Angeles and globally. Earning the role and title of project manager, Jennifer worked almost exclusively with high net-worth clients, delivering excellence as a matter of course.
