There are loopholes when buying property. Let's talk about them.

First, FHA Loans allow you to put as little as 3.5% down payment. This is a great way to enter homeownership and not break the bank.

Second, the minimum credit score is 580, making it easy for most to be eligible. For those with a credit score lower than 580, you can put as little as 10% down.

Third, interest rates are at a record-breaking low at 3% and even lower. With that, this is a great time to take advantage of the FHA Loan and get ahead in life!
