Los Angeles Housing Market Ends the Year on Stable, Confident Ground

As we close out the year, the Los Angeles housing market is settling into a healthier, more balanced rhythm. After years of intense competition, buyers are finally seeing more options and a bit more negotiating room, while sellers continue to benefit from historically strong pricing.
