I was lucky enough to get to see In The Heights last night and RUN DON’T WALK!! This movie is the PERFECT way to welcome the world and the future back!! The music (.manuelmirandaofficial who also wrote a little show called 😂) is everything, the choreography is next level (in the pool, at the night club, and in the reflection we’re my 3 favorites), and is dreamy
After what we’ve all been through, this is the perfect story and the perfect movie at the perfect moment to burst back to LIFE!!! Thanks .in.la for the invite!!

I love when my clients find their “home for life” as was the case here. And then, as often happens, life got even better and it was time for an upgrade. Here’s a little video of a house I sold. These guys are awesome and we found the best house in the best location that’s the best fit for where they are in their lives. It happens all the time (with me anyway ha!). Can’t wait to see what they do here and then what’s next!

This is one of my favorite deals. Working with people over time and seeing their lives grow and change (marriage, kids, etc) is one of the coolest pets of my job. From the hip, slick, cool bachelor pad to the perfect Hollywood Hills first family spot was the perfect evolution in this case. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

A straight friend of mine once called and said “This is probably an impossible request but I think you’re the guy to ask. Do you know a Drag Queen in Palm Springs who would be available to host my friends birthday party in 3 days??” My response?? OF COURSE!! The real@question is what type of entertainment was he looking for? Lip sync of death?? Party hostess with the mostest?? Gorgeous pinup to be adored??? He knew I’d know someone because he knows I like to learn all I can about all the people in my life 1. Because I love the people in my life and find them fascinating and 2. Because I never know when one will be able to help the other!
My role is not simply to execute a real estate transaction. I am a resource for my clients and friends to help them live their best lives.

Another amazing client who got his dream home (working with me which is the obvious part but also the part I hate saying lol)
He’s a long time friend and it was a rocky path for him (4 deals lost in multiple offers!). But ultimately, he got the best house, in the best location, and the best deal!
