One of the things I love most about being a Beverly Hills luxury real estate advisor is discovering the unexpected moments that make a house feel truly special.

During a home inspection today for a buyer I represent in Beverly Hills, I noticed this beautiful bird nest tucked safely beneath the front porch eaves, home to four baby birds waiting to take flight. 🐣🐣🐣🐣

My client is not on social media, so she will probably never see this post, but I couldn’t help but feel that this was a wonderful sign. A home is more than architecture, square footage, or amenities. It is a place of comfort, protection, growth, and new beginnings.

After more than 37 years helping buyers and sellers throughout Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, and Los Angeles, I still believe that the right home often reveals itself in unexpected ways.
