Exciting 😊 times at the Coldwell Banker Realty Beverly Hills office… and maybe just a tiny bit stressful. 😅😳

Today marks the start of our 8-phase office renovation, with demolition underway in part of our common areas. Floors, walls, artwork—everything is getting a fresh new look.

In about 10 days, Phase 2 begins, which includes my private office. While I’m looking forward to the transformation, anyone who knows me knows that packing up 37+ years of memories, files, photos, awards, and treasures is no small task!

Still, growth requires change, and change often creates new energy. I can’t wait to see the finished result and share the journey along the way.

Wish me luck… and boxes. Lots of boxes. 📦😂

I just found out that I have been named once again to the annual Wall Street Journal RealTrends Verified list for 2026, ranking among the top 1,000 real estate professionals in the country.

While it’s always incredibly honoring to see my name on a national list, this milestone really just makes me pause and think about the amazing people behind the numbers. Real estate isn’t just about transaction volumes or data audits, it’s about 🏡 home, family, trust, and the deeply personal journeys we share together.

One of the things I love most about being a Beverly Hills luxury real estate advisor is discovering the unexpected moments that make a house feel truly special.

During a home inspection today for a buyer I represent in Beverly Hills, I noticed this beautiful bird nest tucked safely beneath the front porch eaves, home to four baby birds waiting to take flight. 🐣🐣🐣🐣

My client is not on social media, so she will probably never see this post, but I couldn’t help but feel that this was a wonderful sign. A home is more than architecture, square footage, or amenities. It is a place of comfort, protection, growth, and new beginnings.

After more than 37 years helping buyers and sellers throughout Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, and Los Angeles, I still believe that the right home often reveals itself in unexpected ways. Sometimes it’s the natural light, sometimes it’s the feeling you get when you walk through the front door, and sometimes it’s a tiny nest filled with new life.

Moments like these remind me why I love helping clients find not just a house, but a place to call home.

They say I’m the best-dressed Realtor in Beverly Hills—some even say the country, but let’s not let my tailor hear that; his head is big enough! But today, I’m pulling back the curtain on what’s happening under the desk.

I’ve officially retired my trusty Adidas massage slides for an upgrade that’s a little more... "zen-meets-geology." 🧘‍♂️
Years ago, I picked up a pair of traditional River Rock massage shoes at a temple in Asia. They’ve been my "secret weapon" at home, but I decided it was time to bring that ancient wellness tech into the office. So, if you drop by the Christophe Choo Real Estate Group and see me in a bespoke Italian suit paired with what looks like a sophisticated pebble garden on my feet—don't be alarmed.

The reality of the look:
• The Suit: Professional, sharp, 90210-ready.
• The Shoes: A literal rocky road.
• The Face: Somewhere between "I am at total peace" and "I just stepped on a very expensive Lego."
I wear these religiously while I'm pacing the office on calls or navigating my desk. I’ll admit, when I step outside for a quick minute and a neighbor catches the suit-and-stone combo, I get some very interesting looks. Rest assured, I won't be sporting these to our next lunch at The Ivy or a high-stakes listing appointment—my commitment to fashion has its limits!
