2nd Annual Stanwood Place Block Party - Over this past weekend, my family and I threw the 2nd Annual Stanwood Place block party for the whole street. 🎉 The festivities included a taco truck, ice cream truck, bouncy house for the kids and plenty of beverages for the adults. We moved to Mar Vista 2 years ago, and have fallen in love with the community. I've also made a concerted effort to build my real estate business in this neighborhood. Community building activities like this are a great way to bond with fellow neighbors, while also building my brand in the area. If you know of anyone who has real estate needs in Mar Vista, please send them my way. 🏠

And we're already looking forward to the 3rd Annual Block party next September!
