4. What is your process — and what does this whole thing actually look like?

6. What do I need to do as the seller to prepare my home for the highest price in the shortest time possible?
7. Why are you worth your fee?

Most agents answer three or four of these.

Let's be honest. When you start a business, you do everything yourself.

Truth Bomb 💣 Why are you losing listings?

1. Not marketing visibly: Your client isn't seeing your work. Show them everything. Keep them updated.

2. Not following up and following through: You made promises at the listing presentation. They remember. Do what you said you'd do, and if you can't, let them know.

3. Not communicating: Maybe there's no activity. That's okay. Stay in touch anyway. Keep the relationship warm. Stay connected.

Do these three things and never lose another listing again.
