She quickly mastered several leading credentials in the industry; SRES, SFR, and e-PRO designations. The knowledge and strengths learned through coursework were invaluable to her finding her passion--a desire to serve as an advocate for the most crucial investment the majority of people ever make--the investment in their homes.

By design, Shannon put her education and grit to the test in one of America's most competitive real estate markets, San Francisco! Specializing in first-time buyers, investment and luxury properties, she quickly became one of the highest-producing agents in her office and ranked among the top 15% of agents nationally. Feeling validated by her achievements, Shannon decided to challenge herself once again by leaving San Francisco behind and moving to Huntington Beach, California. She joined 1st Platinum Realty out of Costa Mesa and never looked back.

In her free time, Shannon loves to participate in outdoor activities with her fiancé Isaac. They enjoy camping, beach volleyball, and cycling to name a few. She truly appreciates living on the Orange County coast, where she rarely misses the sunset!
