I ❤️ Q4. Year to year, I was able to get the best price for my buyer clients and quite often and unexpectedly, the appraised value came back higher than purchase price. For this new construction, I got the builder to add some extra features at no added expense for my client. I’m so happy for my client to be starting her new life with her two young sons in this beautiful home. I’m grateful for meeting her when she walked into my open house almost 8 years ago and we became great friends and maintained a wonderful agent-client relationship too. 🥳🍾🥂🏡

7 years ago, I represented my clients to purchase this beautiful townhome at a good deal (below asking price in a seller’s market). They remodeled various rooms by making the right choices over the years. Still in a seller’s market, we sold it at a record breaking price in this community in 2021. Only 9 days on market.
