With the changes here/coming our way in the real estate industry (buyer broker commission agreement) … I will be conducting many experimentations and discussions to see how best to serve the sellers and to increase their bottom line/deposits

My goal: to increase the net deposits for the sellers and for myself!!!! Discount brokers have come and gone. It will serve the needs of those who prioritize “discount” minded individuals/sellers. (Business model here to stay & needed for those seeking such services)
It’s not about how much one can save up front … it’s how much one can deposit after the close. It all comes back to one’s value proposition. If you are a buyers agent and you disclose to buyer upon entering the home by saying ….. here is the kitchen and here is the bathroom …. Well … you offer zero and minimal value proposition. and, your income will diminish as time passes. One needs to have a clear understanding of one’s brand and what the brand represents.

They are witnessing NOD (small % of notice of defaults) due to unstable/skyrocketing homeowners insurance policies. Affecting homeowners with HOA today and in the future? Time will tell all

It calms me down after a work out. 1/13/24 up 5:30 / went to bed late 12:15 due to work (client asked for opinion on 7 properties & I didn’t want to due to long day, Friday evening, screw up my am wake up I didn’t want to therefore I did / hated waking up to 40 degrees / 4 miles plus 1.62 miles with my son Mooki / breath work out / gratitude prayer / am 1 hour reading / hate cold plunge therefore I do!

“Without a Goal … You Can’t Score” I love this quote! In the beginning of my real estate career, I knew my destination, how long it was going to take, how much resources I needed based on the time frame, help I needed, etc. I arrived the port one year behind schedule. Instead of 35 I was 36 years old. Checked off all 27 items of my goals. House, cars, golf, rentals, money etc. Made millions of calls and exhausted. Now WHAT?!?! I had no clue as to my next port of call.
That’s when I started to float out in the ocean without a Rutter, no direction, no idea as to what I wanted next!
Today, I have my new destination & my WHY?!?! It’s ok if you’re lost out in the ocean for awhile. It has its challenges but it also has its absolute beauty as well, … calmness, warmth of the sun and able to shut off your mind for few minutes, and being in the moment. Today, … I’m incredibly grateful for my life journey and can’t wait for the next decade and beyond if universe allows me to.
