Limited inventory is paying off for the city’s condo market, which saw a surge in new signed contracts for homes over $2 million last month.

In July, there was a nearly 65% year-over-year spike in new signed contracts for Los Angeles condos, the report found. Those priced over $2 million, the highest price point included in the report, rose 350%, from six in 2020 to 27 in 2021.
