Rick Caruso bought the Sherwood Lake Club. Here is why that matters to locals.

The Sherwood Lake Club is tucked into the Santa Monica Mountains. It is a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole par 3 course, the very first “Bear’s Best” course ever built, meaning every hole was inspired by Nicklaus designs from around the world.
