Los Angeles Housing Update:
Cooling Down ❄️ Yet Still Hot 🔥

The LA housing market isn't quite the white-hot frenzy it was in 2023, but prices are still significantly higher than last year. The median sale price in LA County sits around $853,340, a 6.7% increase year-over-year, though down from a peak of $897,990 in November.
So, what's the takeaway? While there's a slight moderation, affordability remains a challenge for many Angelenos, specially at 7.1% interest rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage.
