Spent three incredible days in Vegas with the Acquire’d team at Patrick Bet-David’s The Vault event, surrounded by people who are constantly pushing themselves to the next level.

From learning about business, building better systems, and implementing AI to locking up two properties in Tracy and Carson while we were out there — the work never stops. 💪

The biggest takeaway? Your standards should stay the same no matter where you are or what you're doing.

We came out here to learn, grow, and bring everything we learned back to the team. And of course, we made time to enjoy Vegas along the way. 🎰

This renovation wasn’t just about new finishes — every change had a purpose.

Opening up the floor plan, reconfiguring the kitchen, adding a walk-in pantry, replacing the original fireplace, and even giving the future buyer the option to convert the den into a 4th bedroom.

That’s the difference between simply renovating a property and thinking about what the next buyer actually wants.
