Not every successful sale comes with a simple story—and this one definitely didn’t.

This transaction involved two sellers with different personalities, different ideas, and different priorities. My job was to listen to both sides, keep everyone focused on the goal, and help navigate the challenges along the way.

There were plenty of moving pieces, but both sellers trusted our guidance, followed our lead, and ultimately we were able to get the deal done amicably and successfully.

One of the biggest priorities for the seller was getting the home closed quickly so he could have the proceeds available for his next chapter and moving expenses. We negotiated terms that allowed him to close the sale and stay in the home through a leaseback—at no additional cost to him.

That’s the part of real estate I love: the negotiation isn't just about getting a property sold. It's about understanding what matters most to your clients and structuring the deal around their needs.
