When your past months total volume is $5,770,000 you can’t help but smile and feel extra grateful! 5 in the Morroccan world (my husbands background) represents a “Hamsa” which brings good fortune and protects you. 770 is a lucky number in the Chabad world, the Jewish movement I was raised apart of. Each of these transactions have been challenging in their own way. Some more than others. For one it took almost a month for the seller to accept our offer! Each time a counter was sent days and days would pass, the wait was agonizing. Another deal we had to wait and start the entire loan process again when the buyers first loan didn’t work out. The other two I thankfully secured for my clients, winning over 4-6 other offers! I love what I do and love making my clients dreams and goals come true! It looks easy from the outside but takes lots and lots of patience, persistence, and strategic maneuvering.

I am so thankful for my clients who trust me throughout this (sometimes stressful) process. JUST SOLD! Every transaction has its challenges, whether it’s the search, the negotiations, or the inspections or - all of it. Getting an accepted offer was the biggest challenge here. Asking price was $2.650. I reached out to the sellers agent Feb 2/4 It was way out of budget. On 2/13 we put in an offer. It was too low. The agent and I emailed comps and pushed for each other’s client for over a week. We finally got a counter a week later. The timing and unknown was aggravating. Let’s just say when we thankfully finally got an accepted off over $200k off the purchase my patient buyer had dark circles under his eyes! He recently found an email dated back in Jan from from his wife with this home saying “get me this one” if that’s not true love I don’t know what is! ❤️ So honored to be apart of this special purchase.
