I’m looking for a Marketing + Operations Manager to help run the beautiful chaos of a growing luxury real estate business in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and the Westside. This is for someone who loves marketing, systems, organization, deadlines, client experience, project management, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks while the rest of us are out trying to conquer the world.
You might be the one if:
• color-coded spreadsheets don’t scare you
• marketing calendars make you strangely happy
• you can manage moving parts without moving into a full panic
• you can craft polish, professional, and on-brand
• you lovingly tell a team, “No, that is not the priority right now”
This role touches a lot:
• marketing coordination
• lead and database management
• client care
• reporting and systems
• project wrangling
• helping a fast-moving business look calm, cool, and expensive
