Kevin R Davis Real Estate

Kevin R Davis Real Estate Born and raised in Southern California, Kevin Davis earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Advertising) at USC.

He began his residential Real Estate career as an agent in the early 1980's. Achieving quick success in the field, Kevin decided it was the right opportunity to take a brief hiatus and headed to Europe to pursue work in modeling for the next few years. Setting his sights on the legal profession in 1991, Kevin worked as an Intellectual Property Legal Analyst, which then segued into long-term employment in the legal field for the next 25 years. Later in his legal career, Kevin embarked on a multi-year renovation of his own home, sparking a yearning to return to Real Estate. He prides himself on his affection for solidly representing his clients, his passion for architecture and interiors, his admiration of Southern California, his enjoyment of statistical and data analysis, and his unique fondness for contract preparation. He conducts his business with due diligence, responsive communication, and extensive research. Kevin's experience in both law and real estate makes him uniquely qualified to be your Real Estate professional. Cell: (323) 388-7288
