The company is spearheaded by Eli and Shelly Mashiach, who have a combined real estate experience of over 20 years. Eli, a native of Southern California grew up in the west side of Los Angeles, and later moved to the San Fernando Valley. Shortly after graduating
UCLA, Eli started his career in the commercial side of the field, and over the years has done everything from leasing to national tenants, sales, and the purchasing of distressed assets and non performing notes for his clients. Shelly, who holds degrees in design, merchandise marketing and business, was the head designer for two successful companies for almost a decade. She later brought her experience and joined the team as one of its most valuable assets. Today, Eli & Shelly provide their residential services and offer their clients great incentives whether through regular sales, short sales REOs or purchases of residential properties.
