When I started Green Vet Homes, I leveraged the lessons learned from my previous experience buying, rehabbing, and selling. I sat down and wrote out what I felt were the most important aspects, and I dedicated that my new company would operate based upon these factors. One major factor was the use of systems to make everything from the home purchasing process to th

e quality of rehab work as simplified as possible for everyone involved. There are thousands of factors that go into purchasing and rehabbing a home, so it's extremely important to make that process straight-forward and organized for sellers and buyers alike. Buyers and sellers should feel happy and/or relieved with their property is in the hands of GVH. Contractors should feel that the hard work they put in is properly rewarded. Tenants should feel that they're renting the house of their dreams for a fair price. For all of these reasons, I've committed that Green Vet Homes will always provide our partners with equal or greater value than what GVH receives in return. Finally, the last aspects were two of the most important, which is how they wound up in our brand name. Green Vet Homes is committed to using green, sustainable products whenever we possibly can, and also committed to donating a portion of all profits to support veterans who have served this great country. At GVH, we are equally proud of both the principles we stand upon and the quality of our products.

Green Vet Homes Gives again to Lincoln-Way East High School.

Each year Lincoln-Way East High School honors the troops with a "Salute the Troops" football game.
Green Vet Homes is thrilled to have provided 80 flags and poles for each player to walk out onto the field, pre-game. A wounded warrior is asked each year to do the coin toss in addition to honoring some of our nation's veterans.

We are so glad to keep patriotism alive in the community.
