Today was the BHS Internship Fair where families and mentors came to see the projects and presentations completed by the Class of 2026. This week was a lesson in Realtor Life 101: Every day is different and the schedule is always changing. We worked on preferred vendor lists, community videos, client testimonials, and social media posts. We hoped to attend some more broker tours but a few urgent transaction needs took precedence. Looking ahead to our final week, we’re going to learn about AI and its impact on Real Estate, tour some new properties and wrap it all up. Great job team! ☺️🙌🏼🏠

It’s been a great few weeks spending time with my Beverly High School Senior interns Jack, Nola, and Avery. They’re joining me for a month to learn about the real estate business and what life is like as a Realtor. We toured some homes, learned about home inspections, and talked about buying and selling property. Tune in for more intern content next week!

Guess what?

In 2025, the year that Beverly was named the "Hottest Zip Code in the Country" by Realtor.com, I was the #1 Realtor in Beverly!

🏠 I sold more properties in Beverly than any other agent.
💲 The dollar volume of my closed transactions was the highest in Beverly.
☝️ I closed on the highest sale on record for Beverly in 2025 ($5,795,000).

I am so grateful for my clients who come back to work with me again and again, and who continue to refer me to their families and friends.

I am tremendously thankful for the support from my transaction coordinators, and the colleagues, lenders, and attorneys, who I consult with on the days that aren't so easy.

I am invested in this community and want to continue to see Beverly thrive. I am a true Townie and embrace that fact more each year. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love, right here at home. They had me at "Alpacas!" What a fun Winter Carnival event at Lynch Park today to kick off the Beverly 400 Celebrations. Curling, "ice" skating, a giant snowman bouncy house, a giant slide, two adorable alpacas, and Beantrust Coffee. So fun to run into so many friends.
