Pictured is a chart of inventory levels for single family homes in some cities and towns on the north shore I have been keeping track of since October. Levels typically go down in the fall towards the holidays and start to rise after Jan 1. However, you can see the levels have kept declining. Home prices in my opinion, will not rise this year, but remain flat. They have risen so quickly over the past few years that trend is not sustainable or affordable. It is still a great time to sell.
