🌟 Four things I do for listings that I often see other agents miss:

1. Not utilizing the 'Coming Soon' feature on the MLS, so prospective property buyers have a heads up that the opportunity is coming.

2. Not utilizing professional photography/videography to showcase the property's layout, location, and main highlights. I offer this at no extra cost to my sellers!

3. Not taking advantage of out-of-state or non-local buyers who pay a premium for Big Bear Lake homes. I have a marketing strategy that allows them to see the home right as it hits the market, see item #4 ✅

4. Not advertising homes outside of your basic sign in the yard & MLS strategy. I film listing tours that get tens of thousands of views in the first couple of weeks through dedicated social media campaigns.

They might not do it. But I do 😉
