Big Bear Association of Realtors held their first in person meeting in 18 months. It was also via zoom. It was great to see all the fellow realtors and our new meeting building. Congressman, Jay Obernolte was our guest speaker and he spoke for 1.5 hours. It was a very informative talk. If you miss it, be sure to watch it on zoom.

Big Bear City:
Sales 59 Average Sale Price $556,532
Big Bear Lake:
Sales 63 Average Sale Price $719,193
Fawnskin:
Sales 3 Average Sale Price $1,090,000 yes, that's correct
Sugarloaf:
Sales 24 Average Sale Price $314,179

As you can see, the Big Bear Valley has had a tremendous increase in value.

I listed five acres in East Apple Valley, drove out and took two pictures and sold it in 9 days. Didn't even have time to put up a sign. I had seven offers and sold for 59% over asking price. I can sell your property too!

I got a strange call from a client I had in 1984. He seemed to indicate that I had been hacked. If you see something vulgar on Facebook, it's not from me. There are several Karen O'Hagans, some from Sweden, etc. I would never post anything vulgar, I am a Christian.

Here's more good news. WFG National Title Company published a 68 year history of interest rates. Starting in 1953 the interest rates were 3.25%. We have all seen the interest rate cycles go as high as 16.63% in 1981, but never have we seen interest rates this "rock bottom low" of 2.65%. If you are a renter, you would be foolish not to take advantage of these historical low rates. Call me and we will look at some property.
