2025 was a year rooted in love, family, and truly enjoying the journey. From building a beautiful life with my wife Adriana, to celebrating my dad and Angela’s marriage, this year reminded me how powerful family really is.

Spending meaningful time with my mom Ashlee and stepdad Bill filled me with happiness in ways I don’t take for granted. Add in witnessing my sister-in-law get engaged, and it’s safe to say love was everywhere this year.

Professionally, I had the privilege of chasing incredible adventures while selling real estate and heavy machinery—doing work I genuinely enjoy, alongside people I respect. Health, freedom, hard work, and a deep appreciation for life defined this chapter.

Grateful for every moment, every milestone, and everyone who made 2025 unforgettable. Onward to whatever comes next.

Sold! 267A Avenida Sevilla closed at $450,000 to a very happy buyer looking to enjoy a freshly remodeled retirement home in Laguna Woods. The seller was very smart for choosing to move forward with a remodel, increases the value of the home by an additional $100,000. The remodel plan included new floor, carpet, sconces, paint, tile, full bathroom remodel and more.

Navigating a Laguna Woods purchase/sale is not for the faint of heart, and absolutely requires a cooperative effort of both parties, agents, escrow, transaction coordinators and most importantly the HOA. It was a joy meeting the dozens of groups that would attend and I’s open houses. Can’t wait to do it again!
