Good news......
The Federal Housing Finance Authority (FHFA) has just raised their conforming loan limit by 6.9% to a maximum amount of $484,350. In certain high cost areas, it’s even more.
This means buyers will have more flexibility (and possibly lower rates) when financing a higher priced home. I’ll be glad to talk with you about the changes. Please let me know how I can help!
