The last few days have been filled with one of my favorite parts of the job… showing homes throughout Big Bear. 🏡✨

As we close out spring and head into summer, the Big Bear housing market continues to create opportunities for buyers and sellers alike.

✔️ Inventory is down compared to this time last year

✔️ Properties are selling for approximately 97.5% of asking price

Did you know there is a grace period between closing on your home and making your first mortgage payment? 🏡💰 Here is the scoop:
⏳ Closing Date to First Payment: Usually, your first mortgage payment isn’t due until 1 month after your closing date.
📅 The Grace Period: You typically have a 30-day grace period before you need to make your first payment, giving you time to settle into your new home.
💡 When It Is Due: Mortgage payments are often due on the 1st of the month, with a due date around 30 days after your closing. It is always smart to know your payment schedule and plan ahead!
