Sierra Banks Wife • Mom • Wyoming 🏔️
Mrs. Sublette County 2026
Mayor Pro Tem | Town Council
Real Estate Advisor | WY Those values guide how I live, lead, and serve.

As a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and community leader, I believe strong families are the foundation of strong communities, and that Wyoming’s future is built at home first. Born in Utah and raised in Wyoming, I was shaped by the values that define life in the West: hard work, resilience, and showing up for the people around you. As a Real Estate Advisor, I help families across Wyoming find more th

an just a home. I help them find a place to build their lives. Through the salon I’ve owned for over a decade, I’ve had a front-row seat to real conversations where people feel supported, encouraged, and reminded of who they are. As Mayor Pro Tem, I’m committed to strengthening the community my family proudly calls home. Leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about responsibility, consistency, and doing the work when it matters most. My message is simple:
Strong families are built with intention. And when families are strong, communities, and Wyoming, follow. Above all, I’m most proud to be a wife and a mother. My husband Jeremy and our two boys are the reason behind everything I do.

Sublette County, this is one of those nights you’ll be glad you showed up! 💗

Tonight, Harvest 4 Pink is hosting the Sublette Chamber Mixer at the Sublette County Fairgrounds and after attending the Ladies Lemonade Luncheon back in May, I can tell you personally, this group puts on a phenomenal event!

That luncheon was beautiful, informative, meaningful, and such a powerful reminder of how much impact can happen when women, families, businesses, and community members come together for a cause that matters.

Whether you’re a business owner, community member, friend, neighbor, survivor, supporter, or someone who just wants to be part of something good, come!

Sometimes the best compliments aren’t written in a review.

They’re delivered to your front door. 💐

This one started as a For Sale By Owner.
A month later, I got the call.

There is a difference between putting a home on the market and positioning a home to sell.

Today, these beautiful flowers arrived at my door.

I’m grateful for clients who place their trust in me during some of life’s biggest transitions. ❤️

11 days until pageant day, and today is real life behind the sash!

Real estate contracts.
Preparing 2 homes for the market.
Hair appointments.

Up next, a town council meeting as Mayor Pro Tem.

Then the best part of my day: home to dinner with my family. 💞

This journey has never been about becoming someone different for the stage.

It has been about bringing every part of who I already am with me.

A wife. A mom. A business owner. A REALTOR®. A cosmetologist. A woman serving her community.

Some days are polished.
Some days are packed.
Most days are both.

This is the woman I’m proud to bring to the stage.
Strong Women.
Strong Families.
Strong Wyoming. 🤍

I’m a strong woman because strong women raised me.

When I was young, I believed addiction happened to bad people making bad choices.

Then life humbled me.

Two of the women I loved most in this world struggled with addiction.

One was my mother.

One was my aunt.

Neither fit the stereotype.

My mother was a successful Human Resources executive at American Express.

My aunt was a hot-shot driver who wasn’t afraid to walk into places most people wouldn’t dare go and handle business without blinking.

These weren’t weak women.

They were intelligent.

Capable.

Independent.

Resilient.

As a teenager, I couldn’t understand how two women I admired so much could end up fighting battles that changed the course of their lives.

I understand more now.

Life is hard.

Harder than I could have ever realized when I was 15, 16, or 17 years old.

Looking back, I understand that both women carried pain I couldn’t see and burdens I didn’t understand.

Do I believe in personal responsibility?

Absolutely.

But now I also believe that pain, trauma, loss, and life’s circumstances can take people places they never imagined they would go.

My aunt eventually lost her battle.

My mom continues to fight hers.

The older I get, the less interested I am in judging people and the more interested I am in understanding them.

We rarely know what someone is carrying & sometimes the strongest people are fighting the hardest battles.

One of the greatest lessons they taught me out of all of it was to be the safety, stability, and consistency in my children’s lives that my mom and aunt needed in theirs.

Jeremy looked at the boys yesterday and said,

“Boys, Your mother and I are hopping on the bike and going to lunch in Pinedale.”

Honestly, I didn’t even believe him! 😂

We’ve talked about doing it a hundred times, but somehow life always got in the way.

The last time I was on a “true” ride was Sturgis in 2021. We’ve puttered around town since then, but nothing more.

Yesterday reminded me just how much I LOVE it.

The Wyoming views.
The open road.
Even the wind.
The feeling that, for a little while, there’s nowhere you’re supposed to be except exactly where you are.

Sometimes it’s a big family vacation to Florida & sometimes it’s just a motorcycle ride to Pinedale for lunch with your best friend🥹🩷

Ps: If you love caprese salad, Wind River Brewing Company has the BEST Chicken Caprese sandwich 🤤
