Closed on Brewer Drive 🤍

This one was extra special. I had the honor of helping my seller close out his mother’s estate and sell her beautiful home in Hudsonville on Brewer Pond. It wasn’t the easiest journey—we definitely hit a few roadblocks along the way—but we stayed the course and got it done.

I’m incredibly grateful for the past client who trusted me enough to make this referral. That truly means the world to me and is never taken lightly.

Their journey wasn’t easy. They faced challenges no one could have predicted, yet they worked tirelessly, stayed committed, and never lost sight of their dream. Being there as they signed their closing paperwork, wiping tears of joy, was incredibly special—it’s moments like these that make what I do so meaningful.

They now own a stunning home on the water, and I can’t wait to see them make it their own. Their love—for life, for each other, and for this next chapter—is truly inspiring.

Today is a BIG day — Haley and Lance are officially homeowners! 🏡✨

First-time home buying is such an accomplishment. It takes saving, patience, flexibility, and a whole lot of trust in the process. It’s exciting… and sometimes overwhelming. But it is possible — and they did it.

I am so incredibly happy for their sweet little family and their adorable girl to have a place to grow, make memories, and truly call their own. There’s nothing like getting the keys to your very first home.
