Another exciting closing in the books — and this one is extra special. 🏢🔑

I had the honor of representing repeat clients as they purchased this commercial multi-use property right here in Big Rapids. These clients are relocating from Oklahoma and bringing their business experience, passion, and vision with them — and I truly believe they are going to be an incredible addition to our community. ❤️

This transaction came with plenty of moving parts before we could get to the finish line here in Michigan. But after a lot of teamwork, patience, and persistence… we made it happen!

On Wednesday, we officially closed on the sale of 22820 Northland Dr in Paris—and it was a journey I won’t forget anytime soon.

We hit the market late fall and saw incredible activity right out of the gate—showings, interest, momentum… everything you hope for. After a long winter, we finally secured an offer, only to have the deal fall apart due to financing.

But here’s the thing about real estate—and life… sometimes the “right” outcome takes a little longer to unfold.

We were back under contract almost immediately, and this time - We made it to the closing table in just over 3 weeks!

What makes this one even more meaningful is the heart behind the home. My friend poured so much time, energy, and investment into bringing this property back to life—and it truly showed. Every detail reflected the care and pride she had in it, not to mention the blood, sweat & tears!
