Getting this property under contract yesterday was one of the biggest highlights of my real estate career so far.

🏘️ More homes are hitting the market, with listings up 7.5% from last year, and sales are also on the rise. Median home prices have bounced back after a winter slowdown and are now around $490,000.
Overall, Montana is leaning toward a buyer’s market right now, but homes in the $250K–$500K range are still moving quickly and staying competitive. 📈
