6 months ago we had this house ready to list, 2 days later it flooded thanks to the cities poor drainage system. The neighborhood hired a lawyer and we went back and forth with the city for a month, they finally agreed to fix the drain which meant our yard was dug up from the front through the back. Once that was done and the risk of another flooding was off the table, we then we had to completely renovate the first floor of the house 🥲. It’s finally back together and the house went live last week on Air BnB! I’m excited for this house and my hope is to have more properties in Roswell, NM.
