We currently have multiple units available at both Big Timber Village Apartments and our Livingston community β and for a limited time, the $25 application processing fee is being WAIVED through the month of March!
π Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be: β’ 62 years of age or older
OR
β’ Disabled (regardless of age)
π Apartment Features Include:
β’ All-electric units
β’ Extra storage
β’ Newly remodeled apartments
β’ 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom layouts
β’ City utilities paid
β’ On-site laundry facility
β’ Community room access
β’ On-site maintenance
β’ Some upstairs units with stair lifts available
π² Rent is based on 30% of household income.
