Closed | This one aged me a little.

VA parties on both ends. Two lenders. A loss mitigation department. Deadlines stacked on top of deadlines and every week felt like someone was holding their breath waiting for the next phone call.

There were moments I thought, “okay… this might be the one that falls apart.”

Then somebody would send one document. Or answer one email. Or push one thing through that had been in limbo for days and suddenly we were alive again.

Real estate is funny like that.
But we got it done.

Huge congratulations to everyone involved in this one. Deals like this remind me why relationships matter so much in this business. Nobody gets difficult transactions closed alone 🔑
