🏡 Two closings, two very special homeownership stories! 🎉

Today was a BIG day with not one, but two closings!

1️⃣ First up, a couple who had been searching for quite some time finally found the perfect place to call home out in Huntley! Their patience paid off, and I’m so excited for them to start this next chapter.

2️⃣ Our second closing was for a first-time homebuyer who found the perfect house to call her own! She was absolutely on top of everything throughout the process and so responsive, which made my job that much easier. It’s always so exciting to help make that first home purchase a reality.

Congratulations to both of my borrowers! Thank you for trusting me to be part of such an exciting milestone. Cheers to new homes and new beginnings! 🥂

Heather is officially a homeowner!

🎉 Home sweet home! 🏡

A huge congratulations to our first-time homebuyer on closing on her new home! It was such a pleasure helping make this dream a reality.

She was able to take advantage of our Mortgage Rate Relief Program, which means her monthly mortgage payment is now less than what many people are paying in rent. Homeownership is possible with the right plan!
