HAPPY MONDAY ♡

Let’s maximize your space by doing a little monthly maintenance this week! ✨

• If you haven’t already, take some time this week to put away all those holiday decorations! 🎄

• Once I get in the groove of decluttering, I always try to get organized! Start with the ONE area that gives you the biggest headache and stick to it! Once completed, move on to the next!

• Take note of all the things you want to change in your house this year! Is it painting those dusty walls and cabinets, replacing any old appliances, redoing your living area with new furniture? Make a list!!

• And last but certainly not least, think GREEN! 🪴 Removing all those holiday decorations can leave your house looking a little bleh! Brighten each space with some life and a lot of green. 🌱 Trust me when I say, it’ll do wonders to liven up your household and mood!

ＨＥＬＬＯＭＡＹ

Today is the first Monday of the month!
I don’t know about you but for me that brings some renewed energy. ✨

And with that energy comes some monthly maintenance around the house to get ready for this nicer weather.

Here’s a list of a few things you can do to freshen up;

• Clean inside & outside windows, there’s nothing better than bright and warm window sunlight.

• Brighten the inside by scrubbing the walls & baseboards

• Clean the faucets & shower heads

• Wipe down your exterior door & sweep your walkway

• Bring out the colorful May flowers 💐

• Last but certainly not least, clean up that grill! Because if you’re like us, it’ll be put to goooood use!

I hope you all use this new month as motivation to be and do the things you couldn’t do last month. ✨

What’s up everyone!

I just wanted to give a little intro here for anyone that is new & to present a little ✨ GIVEAWAY ✨ to go along!

I am a Nevada native & Montana grown. Grew up in a little town called Owyhee, NV and then relocated to Northeastern, MT in 2008.

I have an amazing fiancé & together we have a beautiful girl named Harper Ann, both of who are my entire world.

When I’m not raising my busy almost-2 year old, I surround myself with good company & laughter from family & friends. I love physical activity, whether that is working out, hiking, or playing basketball. And don’t get me started on my DIY projects. 😉

I’ve been in the Customer Service Industry for over a decade with 7+ years in the Financial Institution. I knew I wanted to chart a path in helping others & here is where I found my true passion for Real Estate.

I have a love for Jesus Christ that is unshakeable, but truth to be told I favor a few cuss words too. 🤫

I believe makeup isn’t a necessity but it IS necessary to feel your absolute best. With or without it. (With for me 😉💄)
