One of the reasons I love Billings is the children's museum, Wise Wonders. The season pass is only $75 and they have worked SO hard to expand and educate kids of all ages. Not to mention the convient in-house coffee and snack bar💕💕I love it and so do my girls!!

Many people ask me what the first step to home buying is. In this market I always reply with getting a Pre-Approval letter from a lender and this graph shows why. In Billings, the amount of time a home spends on the market has gone down drastically! That means the faster you see the property and decide you want it, all the way to the point of writing an offer, it all has to be streamlined as quickly as possible. Being preapproved makes the process much faster!!
