With the warm weather finally getting our way, and the holidays coming up; we know you guys are going to be having bbqs, people over, fires.

It’s beautiful weather in Billings!!! 80 degrees amd dogs, what more could you want?!
As we all have seen, houses are flying off the market right now. As soon as a home is posted, within days or hours it seems like it’s gone. And who can blame them? Let’s talk expectations.

What do you first think of when you hear “home inspection?” Maybe a nerve wracking experience of someone coming to your house and giving you a stack of paperwork, telling you everything that may or may not be wrong with the home you’re buying.

I guess in some ways it can be that way. Home buying in of itself is a stressful and burdening time for some people, especially with all the add ins that go into buying a house. But it can also be exciting.

So what do you expect from a reliable inspector?
-Someone who shows up in professional attire.
-Someone who will greet you warmly and take the time to walk you thru every step amd process so it doesn’t feel overwhelming, and makes your life a very simple process
-Someone to come in, take details notes and photos of every corner of your house
-Someone with thorough knowledge of every aspect of buying a home and the steps that go into it
